We provide one-on-one executive and leadership coaching to support leadership and management development.

Typically, our clients start with an extensive, two-to-three hour initial consultation to identify the issues and challenges they face in a current or soon-anticipated role. The next step includes a ‘discovery’ phase, including the use of 360 feedback and assessments, including the MBTI™ (Myers Briggs Type Inventory), the Bar-on EQ-I (Emotional Intelligence) and other appropriate tools to gauge areas of strength and development. We then provide an in-depth Coaching Report with analysis and relevant feedback. This report informs the Coaching Plan for future sessions.  

All our coaching is steeped in the values of honoring where our client is, and what he or she wishes to become. We use different methods to support our clients on their journey:

• Appreciative inquiry (in which we approach things from the perspective of the glass being at least half full rather than focusing only on the problems and what’s missing);
• Visioning, action planning, stress management, identifying ‘gremlins’ – often saboteurs to ambition and accomplishment;
• Behavioral assessments to help identify an individual’s energy and preferences
• Competency development;  and
• Tracking daily habits to support building awareness and learning.
