Blue Apricot Solutions Founder and CEO Caroline Nicholl was determined to avoid the traps too many consulting companies allow to get in the way of effective consulting to provide clients with true ROI (return on investment). Our work is guided by Organizational Development (OD) principles of collaborating closely with our clients to understand the root of their challenges and to respect – not judge - where they are and where they are trying to go. We are aware that many organizations are bombarded by changing conditions, an ever-demanding need to adjust and adapt, and changing capabilities. In this environment, quick fix ‘solutions’ that make only superficial and/or unsustainable differences are unacceptable and a waste of resources, including your time. So we don’t sell quick fixes. We help you find lasting solutions.

We’re not just saying this. We mean it.

As the founder of BAS, Caroline brings a unique energy and endurance to her work. She listens to and observes her clients in a way that only a can. She has a solid track record of anticipating change and managing it in ways that have a lasting, positive impact. Caroline’s background places her as a true practitioner, rather than an academic and typical consultant – she won’t tell you what you already know (or necessarily want to hear) but she will tell you how your knowledge and smarts can be leveraged to bring about new levels of achievement.

Our approach is succinct, yet methodical by virtue of tried-and-tested approaches to discern the gap between expected or identified need for change and the capacity to manage change. We first apply our smarts to identify the change drivers and what challenges and opportunities you are facing. This phase of “discovery” is the specialty of Blue Apricot Solutions, and it is the essential first step toward helping organizational leaders (including those on the hierarchical bottom rung) to be the people they can be, achieving the results they aspire to.
